Today I have a very happy announcement. In Mumbai we are starting one more gurukul. There was an existing gurukul which we affiliated with our Sangha, and from today it will be called “Nithyananda Veda Vidya Gurukulam, Mumbai”. My blessings to all the children! My blessings to all the acharyas and students in the Nithyananda Veda Vidyalaya! Blessings! Blessings to the gurukul kids! I am so happy to see gurukuls expanding and spreading all over the world. O, Veda Matha, I commit with you, soon I will make at least a hundred gurukuls all over the world, at least 108 gurukuls all over the world to continue to teach the Vedas, spiritual truths and Sanatana Hindu lifestyle. Alright....
Today, the tenth day of the Rajarajeshwari
Brahmotsavam! Devi is gracing us on the
Pearl Palanquin, “Muktamaya Chaturashreya”, the Pearl Palanquin on which Devi
is gracing us. With Sridevi and
Saraswathi serving her, Devi is gracing us on the Pearl Palkhi on the tenth day
of the Brahmotsavam.
Today is also Maashi-Magham, an important auspicious
day for Devi.
And, just yesterday, I asked my sannyasis to give me
a report on how many new gurukuls we can start all over the world. Already we have in seventy places
infrastructure ready all over the world to start the gurukuls. And to run a religious school you don’t need
any government’s permission as per the Indian Constitution and that of the
countries which are secular all over the world.
So, soon we will be starting many gurukuls all over the world, because
in many places in India and in many countries which are secular, which allow all
the religions to exist, we have infrastructure.
So, may be, we will take two-three more months to start the enrolling,
registration and placing the teachers and all that. I commit, O, Veda Matha! O, Bharat Matha, Parameshwari, we will start
soon hundreds of gurukuls all over the world and revive the Sanatana Hindu
Dharma!
And Malaysia Nithyananda Hindu Sangham is giving free
Anna Dhaan and conducting the Teppotsavam in Singamuga Kaliamman Temple,
Penang. And Malaysia Nithyananda Hindu
Sangham is enriching eighty-thousand people by giving Anna Dhaan on
Maasi-Magham. And they are distributing
food and offering various services, the Science of Completion, and giving,
sharing free books. My blessings to the
Singamuga Kaliamman Temple Penang Project and blessings to the Nithyananda
Hindu Sangham, Malaysia for participating in it!
Let us enter into today’s satsangh.
I am happy to inaugurate more and more gurukuls all
over the world. We have also received
many requests in Karnataka where people have offered money and property to
start gurukuls in North Karnataka and many areas. I thank those devotees for your support. And, soon we will be starting those gurukuls,
because we are now training more and more teachers. Once we train we will start. And, after all, now the video-conferencing
facility is available. We can run as
many gurukuls as possible all over the world.
And I can teach them every day through morning satsangh.
Today I want to talk about a very important
subject. Listen! This subject will bring you success
immediately just by listening and understanding.
Listen! Many
of us, once in a while, fortunately or unfortunately, right or wrong, get some
inspiration and excitement and plan to do something. Like your New Year vows, New Year oath! Every year, you make a vow for yourself....and
break it by the 7th January!
If you are breaking the vow on 7th January, you are a normal
man. If you are breaking the vow in
February month, may be you have a weak will.
If you are breaking in March, you have a strong will, that’s all! Anyhow, you will break it in three months,
and this cycle repeats. Same way, as a
group, in your company, suddenly you wake up and try to achieve a goal, fix a
goal. In twenty days, if some other
problem comes, the whole thing is forgotten!
You are back to – listen, listen to this technical term – you are back
to your “unconscious sober routine”.
I have seen our Global Sangha behaviour. Suddenly if I say, ‘Come on! Let us start 108 gurukuls!’, everyone will
wake up; in the next one hour, I get messages: ‘We are doing...we are doing....we
are doing....Hosur-2, Vaniyambadi-1, Mumbai-2, Haridwar-1, Los Angeles-1....’;
everyone will send the messages committing, ‘San Jose-1.....’, everyone will
commit. It is not that when you are
committing you are insincere. No! I don’t doubt your sincerity at all! But, after ten days, you even forget what you
committed and you are back to the same old unconscious routine lifestyle.
Listen!
Listen! A man who is able to
break the habitual unconscious routine behaviour is Leader. It is not that you don’t have
inspiration. I have seen, whenever I
declare, ‘Let us cause 1,000 lives for Inner Awakening!’, everyone wakes up and
tells me big, big numbers, ‘Yes, we are doing this, we are doing this, we are
causing lives...’ And after a few days,
immediately after giving the number, they just go back to their sober routine,
the unconscious routine in which they are sucked into.
Please listen, the unconscious sober routine keeps
you to continue to be in the confusion and impossibility. From the space of impossibility expecting
miracles to happen and make your declarations into reality is what I call the
worst criminally-lazy behaviour.
Listen! The whole Hinduism is
stuck in that behaviour. I am seeing so
many Hindu Swamis from soldier level to captain level, from soldier level to
Commander-in-Chief level. From the Swami
who goes by bicycle to the Swami who owns private jet, I am seeing all the
spectrum of levels, speaking to many of them.
It is very unfortunate, one big chunk is sitting with this idea that
suddenly somebody will come and he will wake up every morning and the whole
thing will be revived, new and fresh!
Yes, he will come, he will wake up, but YOU have to wake up! He will come, he will call, but YOU have to
wake up!
Falling into the same unconscious behaviour! See, outwardly we want something, we declare
something, we really show our passion for something. But internally we are cheating ourselves by
strongly supporting and believing our own SDHD (self-doubt, hatred, denial) –
‘I can’t do it. Swamiji will do. He is the man who can do it. What can I do? I am after all a small brahmachari who is
already in depression. And I am
well-known for my depression and depressed face!’ Each one externally, outwardly share
something, but internally we are cheating ourselves and others. ‘What can I do? I am just a Thanedar. Loaded with my family work! This...this....this! I go there for entertainment. Everybody they are saying “Three, Three,
Four, Four”. I thought I have to say
“Six”. So I said “Six”!’
Please listen!
Many times we don’t feel the urgency.
And if you don’t feel the urgency today, why will you feel it
tomorrow? Or, we have a very cunning
mental thinking. We are very cunning in
our mental thinking that our cycle of behaviour is okay. It is so unfortunate, human-beings, we are
reduced to just clerks. Either by fear
we run like a slave, or by favour we will run like a dog! It is very unfortunate this became our
behaviour cycle: all the time running for fear or favour. It is time, let each one of us expose our
racket. “Racket” means, outwardly saying
something, internally thinking something else.
Understand, I wanted today this lesson, this homework to be practiced by
all the gurukul kids. All the gurukul
kids also should practice this lesson in your every day behaviour: to see the
gap between external words and internal thinking.
“Racket” means, the behaviour or complaints we have
again and again, where we are saying we are doing one thing, but we are doing
something entirely different! Entirely
different! We are so filled with
impossibility that we are waiting just for one person to say no to give up our
efforts! And then, very abusive belief
you have: ‘Swamiji, give me power that to whomever I speak they should be
enriched.’ The beggar mentality! If I have to give all the power, then why
should you be alive? You are given
already all the powers! Only when you
express it and radiate it you will start enjoying it and playing with it and
digest it and live it! Their impossible
behaviour they name it very simply by calling it “surrender” – ‘I have
surrendered everything to Swamiji!’ And
these people think it is called “devotion”!
No! This is the worst
abusal!
Understand, the cycle of behaviour we have, I am
giving you the example from how our Sangha functions. You use this example and think for each one
of your company, or the office in which you are working, or the school which
you are running, or the institution you are part of. You may be working in a government office, or
an IT company, or a school.....whatever you are doing.....
So, listen...listen!
If you are constantly believing and filled with impossibility, in
anything we do in our life, we will have minimal participation. If you are an Assistant Engineer, if you are
a Corporate CEO, if you are a Principal, if you are a politician, if you are a
lawyer or a doctor, any profession, any field, you are already loaded with the
racket of impossibility. So, when you
start itself, ‘I will try my best...’, means what? Your best is not THE best. Don’t go on claiming ‘I will try my
best’. Life is not going to reward you
for YOUR best. This behaviour we all pick up and build
within ourselves: before starting itself, filled with impossibility! I am giving the example, this example,
because I am seeing this so many times.
Before starting itself you feel, ‘I cannot enrich lives! I cannot cause! I know they are all saying, so I will try
now. I will try. Let me pick up the phone.’ While you are pressing the number itself you
will miss one number, and it will go to voice mail. You will say, ‘Okay, it is going to voice
mail. So I will lie down.’ Understand, you are waiting for a small
struggle to come in your life so that you can shut down and confirm your
impossibility. That is the mantra with
which you are behaving, with which you are living. And you name it as “Practical”! “Very practical!” ‘Swamiji, I am talking very practically,
Swamiji!’ So, without knowing what is
practical only this huge Sangha is created?
Please teach me this science of “Practical”! Practical!
Listen! Impossibility is not
practicality!
Today, every one of you should do this homework: What is it that makes me again and again fall
into the same racket? What is it that
makes me behave the same way I am behaving?
What is it that tires me, constantly makes me believe impossibility as
my lifestyle? Understand, believing
impossibility as the lifestyle, and whatever you achieve, thinking the
possibility was an accident, ‘Yes, once we had three-hundred, four-hundred
people for Inner Awakening; that is an accident. But as a default, it is not possible!’ That is why, many of you, whether you are in
a Fortune 500 Company or Fortune 50 Company, all the time you feel this is the
best peak of your career and the next the curve is going to come down. Whether your loss or profit, or career, or
profession, or life, you are always expecting the curve to come down so that
you can live with the memory – ‘Wow! You
know, in 2012 we were in the peak! How
our peak season was you know?’ All the
time you are planning to cherish the memory of that peak. So, today we have to give up this racket
behaviour where we declare, we do one thing outwardly, we intend one thing
outwardly, and live totally different inwardly, think totally different
inwardly.
Today everyone has to call themselves out, expose
their own racket, so that others are aware, and in that process we have to
complete with the complaints we have and complete with the impossibilities we
have and give permission to others to wake us up whenever we repeat this racket
again. Morning Sangha meeting is nothing
but calling out people who are repeating this racket again...repeating this
racket again...repeating this racket again.
First of all, our Sangha, all our Thanedars, Kotharis, Mahants,
Shrimahants, all of you should give up this racket. The whole group
Sangha, actually our Global Sangha is doing this as a group racket! Even a few people who would not have been part of this racket, like the Malaysia Sangha, now they also think that, ‘if everyone is doing this racket, come on let me also start’! First we have to expose our racket and complete with these complaints and impossibilities and give others permission to call them out if they repeat this racket again. That is why Sangha! That is why Sangha is needed!

That is why Sangha is needed!
‘Why do we entertain certain rackets?’ Ma Achala is asking. Because we have certain pay-offs, benefits......it
is not in alignment with our declaration.
If we recognize the pay-offs and accept it, then we can stop the
racket. See, for everyone in the Sangha,
the pay-off is this lazy behaviour, cosy behaviour, and this survival syndrome:
‘Somehow I have got this Kothari, Thanedar position. I am already a sannyasi; so I cannot be sent
out.’ Not only in our Sangha, anywhere
in the world, human-beings pick up this lifestyle. See, anywhere, any organization, people
always feel this organization is running on its own. ‘I
will try when I am there.’ The kind of
group I am there all the time in the retirement mood. They behave their whole life like workers,
slaves. People who feel, ‘I HAVE to!’
they become leader; that’s all; they become leader! Actually, legal owner is not a leader. Those who run are leaders. The people who run it responsibly, they call
the shots. So people who take
responsibility and call the shots, they are the leaders.
Today everyone has to complete with all their
complaints and incompletions, the hidden pay-offs you are carrying to run your
racket. “Racket” means, understand, this
behaviour: declaring one thing outside, but living, thinking internally completely
opposite! Getting into the rut of
putting the blame and complaints and incompletions on everyone. This is what I call as “racket”.
Understand, with this racket, one of the dangers is,
all of you get caught with this racket behaviour and start living with it,
thinking that this is your natural behaviour, which is not true. SDHD (Self-Doubt, Hatred, Denial) is not your
natural behaviour even though it became a habit, even though it became a strong
habit in you. But any strong habit is
only a “second nature”, not nature. How
much ever strong the behaviour may be, it will only be second nature; it will
not be natural behaviour.
Understand, today everyone in the Sangha should study
why you declare something and behave and think in some other way. It is not that this behaviour is going to
affect the Sangha; it is going to affect YOU in every spectrum of your life,
every dimension of your life! Completing
with all this and waking up is Kalpataru!
Today, the essence of today’s satsangh...the essence
of today’s satsangh...listen, the essence of today’s satsangh:
Completeing with all the rackets – thinking in one
way and behaving in another way – Completing with all these rackets is
Kalpataru. Only with this you start the
science of enlightenment in you.
With this I will move to the Kalpataru process. All the participants who have come here for
Kalpataru Darshan and the participants who are in Hyderabad for Kalpataru
Darshan, please pick up your paper and pen.
Write one thought you want to cause as reality, and all the
impossibilities, doubts you have about causing that thought. Please start penning down.
(After a few minutes.....................)
Now let us start the Kalpataru process. Please sit straight. Close your eyes. Create the space for the thought you want to
cause as reality. Visualize that it has
already become reality now. And complete
with all the impossibilities, self-doubt, self-hatred, self-denial...and
complete and drop. Hold the space for
what you want to cause as reality. Hold
on to that space. Namah Shivaya!
KALPATARU MEDITATION IN PROGRESS.....................
Relax. I bless
you all! The space you hold, let it
become reality! The thought you want to
cause as reality, let it become reality!
My blessings!
We will start the Kalpataru Darshan in Bidadi and
Hyderabad. First, darshan in
Bidadi. Then we will have in
Hyderabad.
